About Hormonaly
Hormonaly is a services-led growth company building applied agentic AI for modern and longevity medicine, founded by clinicians and AI engineers. Our mission is to bring rigorous, peer-reviewed evidence synthesis to peptide therapy, longevity medicine and metabolic health.
The platform was founded by clinicians who saw the same gap from both sides of the prescription pad: practitioners cannot keep up with the volume of new peptide research, and patients receive recommendations that vary wildly between providers. Hormonaly closes that gap by automating evidence synthesis with GRADE methodology and dual-layer citation verification — every claim is traced to peer-reviewed sources.
Hormonaly is used by clinicians, compounding pharmacies, and translational research teams in the United States, the EU, and the GCC. We are model-agnostic by design — our value lives in the agent architecture, the curated evidence base, and the clinical methodology, not in any single LLM.
Applied AI for modern medicine and longevity science
Hormonaly is a services-led growth company building applied agentic AI for modern and longevity medicine. We put AI to work on defined clinical tasks: answering clinical questions from GRADE-rated evidence with verified citations through the Helix API, drafting prescriptions for prescriber review with our E-Prescribing Agents, and building review-gated courses with Perceptors LMS. Each output can be checked, and a licensed professional stays accountable for the decision.
Longevity medicine, the work of extending healthspan as well as lifespan, is where careful evidence matters most: much of its science is early, and many interventions rest on animal studies or surrogate biomarkers. We cover peptide, hormone, anabolic and longevity medicine with the same grading, citation checks and physician sign-off as the rest of the evidence record.
Clinical leadership
Hormonaly was founded by Fady Hannah-Shmouni, MD FRCPC, a board-certified endocrinologist and geneticist in the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. Before founding Hormonaly, Dr. Hannah-Shmouni spent a decade at the NIH investigating rare endocrine disorders, and brings more than 100 peer-reviewed publications, two international clinical guidelines and over 20 years of direct patient care.
Omar Saleem, MD, a precision medicine physician, directs AI and education. An independent Medical & Scientific Advisory Board, with members in endocrinology, maternal-fetal medicine and plastic surgery among other fields, is accountable for what the evidence record says.
